I use crystals with the Reiki symbols. There are often underlying causes of pain, insomnia etc, that is why clients benefit from any form of complementary therapy, but may not at the time notice a difference. This is because there are more factors, stress usually the highest factor, creating say the pain in the shoulder. Crystal therapy mixed with Reiki will address more issues if clients are susceptive to deeper levels of energy therapy.
