Really happy with the service from this company. Although we are sited some distance away, they sent an engineer out within two days. Mark the engineer was extremely helpful and professional and advised beforehand what was needed and more importantly what wasn't, so the costs were kept to a minimum. Excellent all-round.

We love the coffee we get from Beanmachines. We originally bought our coffee machine from elsewhere, however if we had known about Beanmachines we would have gone with them. Highly recommend Bean Machines! Decided to try Bean Machines instead of the company I was previously using for a coffee machine for use in my cafe bar, as they have service engineers which the previous company did not. I have not looked back - excellent coffee machine and the servicing is just brilliant. Servcing is quick, efficient and the Bean Machines team are very friendly and helpful, couldn't be happier.

In September 2015 I began a new venture with my partner opening a coffee shop/deli in Milton Keynes. I spoke to a few different suppliers but found that Beanmachines were by far the most professional to speak to and to deal with. The sales advisor really helped me understand what the best machine was for my shop and the process afterwards speaking to accounts was really straight forward. I now have a really good working relationship with the lovely lady I buy coffee through, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
