Services
Preschool Gymnastics
Structured classes for children aged 0-4 years develop motor skills, social interaction, and physical coordination. Sessions use sensory equipment, action songs, and coach-led activities to create engaging environments for early development. Parents participate in supervised play while observing professional techniques that enhance child confidence and movement.
School-Aged Gymnastics
Curriculum-based training for reception to 18-year-olds teaches trampoline, beam, bars, and floor skills. Progression through Baskervilles Health & Fitness Club Awards system builds technical ability and competition readiness. Classes follow 12-week plans with watching weeks for parental observation, combining structured learning with fun, fitness-focused activities.
Adult Gym
Coach-led sessions for ages 18+ develop gymnastics skills and general fitness. Participants practice handstands, rolls, and somersaults using trampolines and airtracks. Monthly memberships offer flexible access to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination in a supportive, non-competitive environment with expert guidance.
Fitness Classes
Diverse instructor-led classes include HIIT, Senior Stretch & Tone, and Parent Fit sessions. Programmes use resistance equipment and bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and mobility. Specialised options like Parent Fit combine childcare with low-impact workouts for adults of all fitness levels.
Squad Gymnastics
Performance pathways prepare gymnasts for regional and national competitions. Three-tiered programmes (Intermediate, Advanced, Squad) require 2-12 weekly training hours. Affiliated with the Independent Gymnastics Association, the squad develops technical excellence while emphasising sportsmanship, resilience, and artistic presentation across all apparatus.

We offer programmes from 0-24 months (BabyGym) through to adult classes, with structured pathways for preschoolers, school-aged children, and competitive squads up to 18 years.
Are parents allowed to participate in sessions?
Parental involvement is required for baby and toddler classes. For older children, we operate a 'drop and go' system with scheduled watching weeks for observation.
Do you offer holiday programmes?
Yes, we run Christmas holiday courses, summer camps, and term-time soft play sessions with flexible booking options for families.
What should participants wear to classes?
Gymnasts need appropriate clothing: hair tied back, no jewellery, and non-slip socks. Leotards and branded apparel are available but not mandatory.
How do competitive squad levels work?
Three progression tiers exist: Intermediate (term-time only), Advanced (twice weekly training), and Squad (up to 12 hours weekly) with increasing technical demands and competition commitments.
Are private coaching sessions available?
Yes, one-to-one lessons with specialist coaches can be booked via email to address specific skill development or individual training goals.
