We recently came to Shaws to have both new carpet and vinyl flooring put into our home. From the start of the process the staff at Shaws were extemely helpful and knowledgeable advising the most appropriate flooring for our needs. The customer care was fantastic from start to finish and they instantly made us feel that we were in good hands. When ordering the carpet they were flexible and efficient coming to measure up the following day and having the carpet fitted a week from ordering.
When it came to the fitting the carpet and vinyl floors were fitting in a timely manner and the gentleman who came were friendly and professional. We have had a brilliant experience with Shaws and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for a fab job, we are so pleased with our new floors!!

I cannot recommend Shaw Carpets enough. From their expert advice in choosing the right floor to their support with the fit of our flooring around our new kitchen fit schedule. They could not have been more helpful. Also love that they dont just do what you ask if they feel there is a better way, they challenge in the absolute best possible way and suggest what they think may be a better solution. David, Paul and Chris thank you so much for your support and guidance. Well never shop anywhere else for carpets.

Gary and Kieron came and fitted our new bedroom carpet on Friday, they were very professional, friendly and did the job quickly and carefully can't fault them and didn't even have time for a cup of tea. Cleared everything away and told us to give it a good hoover. From start to finish when we went into the warehouse and saw David to the end product can't fault anything. 100% would recommend this company and use them everytime we need a new carpet. Thank you
