I found Carpet Underlay Shop through Google and placed an order. What a mistake that was. The price on their website was advertised incorrectly.. Despite displaying the correct product and despite me clicking on the correct size and ordering it the order defaulted to a different, much smaller product. Now this is not what my complaint is about. My complaint is about how Michelle the owner of this dealt with me and told me she is running a business so would not assist me and the worst part is that she was fully aware of the issue, blamed Google (suggested I should take Google to court...lol) She even tried searching for the product and clicking on her own website only to be told the same info as me.
The wrong information. I hope you read this part... She made no effort to put this right, offered me a tiny discount which still equated to almost 200% of the price shown on her website and confirmed clearly to me with actual figures that even though she knew of this problem she wanted to still make a 40% profit margin based on the cost price that she gave me. I am going to let Wilsons Underlays know how she treated a customer.

Great service- placed my order at 2pm and it was delivered it by 11:30am the next day! Thank you! And the delivery driver was very pleasant and happy to wait whilst the order was checked by us at his suggestion. I was so pleased with the price per sq metre as much more competitive than my local carpet shop! Great prices and service and would recommend you to anyone!

Fast delivery, item was good quality and value. Even with postage added it worked out cheaper than similar quality items with free post and package. To be honest we didn't buy it as a carpet underlay, we were having fitted wardrobes and we put this on the wall and then the wardrobes were fitted onto it to help stop noise from neighbours and we have noticed a big difference so overall very pleased with this underlay. Would think this would also be good as underlay under carpets as good quality
