Services
Window Cleaning
We provide comprehensive window cleaning services using water-fed pole technology and MEWPS equipment. Our IPAF-certified teams clean commercial and industrial properties up to 50ft high without traditional access equipment. The de-ionised water system leaves streak-free finishes while protecting the environment, with services available across the North East region.
Gutter Cleaning
Our SKYVAC system enables ground-level gutter cleaning using industrial vacuum technology. We remove debris, flush systems, and inspect with wireless cameras to prevent water damage. The service includes photographic evidence of completed work and is available for commercial properties across the North East.
Abseiling Window Cleaning
IRATA-trained technicians perform high-level window cleaning using abseiling techniques. This method suits difficult access situations like domed roofs and tall buildings. We provide both one-off and regular maintenance services while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
High Pressure Cleaning
We use commercial pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, algae, and grime from surfaces including driveways, retail parks, and building facades. The service improves safety by eliminating slip hazards and enhances property appearance for commercial clients across the region.
Builders Cleans
Specialist cleaning for construction projects includes post-build sparkle cleans and ongoing maintenance. Our C.S.C.S.-qualified teams work with major contractors using IPAF equipment, with 25+ years' experience in construction site cleaning and handover preparation.
