I rang Cleaning Pro to ask if there was anything I could try myself before hiring Cleaning Pro to clean off a large ink stain on my car's leather seat. I apologised for being cheeking! Cleaning Pro couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Their advice was spot on. The ink came off easily using the advice given. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for leather or carpet cleaning needs.

Absolutely fantastic service by Shaun today. On time, swift and thorough. My carpets were very much in need of some care and Shaun managed to return them to their former glory. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for carpet cleaning. I only wish I had booked him to do my sofa at the same time! Thanks Shaun.

We had shaun come out from cleaning pro to quote for our tiled floors throughout the downstairs of our home. His knowledge and kind manners put me at ease straight away. He went into great detail on how his work was guaranteed to get good honest results and the steps hed take to achieve them. His truck mounted machine and high end tools looked like the company had invested vast amounts of money to achieve the results he said we should expect.

On the day he was on time and extremely punctual. He made sure to protect our other floors and furnishings to ensure they wasnt damaged by laying down protective covers. It wasnt a five minute job and he was very critical to detail. Wow he brought our floors back to live. My husband is in the flooring trade and said the tiles had seen there best days so not to expect miracles. When he seen the results he was as shocked as I was and we are both so great full shaun saved us thousands of pounds as we thought the flooring needed replacing. We would highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for as they say and this time we really did.

I strongly recommend Cleaning Pro as a top-tier business. I've been utilizing their services for close to three years now, and Shaun's professionalism is truly commendable. He's consistently pleasant to communicate with, completely dependable, and provides a service that is unparalleled. The speed and efficiency with which they work are remarkable, and the end result always leaves my cream carpets looking as pristine as the day they were installed.

It's truly fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to endorse them to anyone. An added bonus is that my carpets are already dry by the time I return home from work apparently, they utilize state-of-the-art equipment that effectively removes nearly all moisture during the finishing process. Highly impressive!
