Matt was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable regarding how to rescue our new wool carpet. I had made the mistake of chucking a load of shop bought carpet cleaner on a stain and was panicking that I'd permanently damaged the area. He worked his magic, having explained what he was going to do and why and the stain is gone. I would not hesitate in recommending him and will use him again for annual cleans.

Had my carpet cleaned this morning and I am absolutely amazed. Smells and looks lovely. Matt told me all I needed to know about keeping my carpet in a good condition which is ideal with me having two children. He is extremely polite and well mannered. Very happy with Fabricmax! Just moved into a rental property with 2 tired fabric sofas that didn't smell nice either. Matt cleaned them professionally and thoroughly. Grubby patches have disappeared and they look so much brighter. They smell nice too now! Would use again and recommend to anyone.
