Spring Hall Group Practice has been dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of patients in Central Halifax and surrounding areas for over two decades. As a multi-site GP practice, we provide comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare across five locations, offering appointments seven days a week at selected sites. Our experienced team of doctors and healthcare professionals specialises in chronic disease management, including asthma and diabetes clinics, alongside essential services such as childhood vaccinations, antenatal care, and minor surgery. We prioritise accessibility with ground-floor facilities, wheelchair access, and hearing loops at all sites. Our commitment to innovation is demonstrated through our adoption of digital tools like the NHS App and PATCHS online consultation system, which streamline patient access to medical records, prescriptions, and appointments.

Accredited by the Care Quality Commission, we maintain rigorous standards in clinical governance and patient safety. Our partnership with the Clinical Practice Research Datalink supports medical research while safeguarding patient anonymity.
