What Christmas hamper options are available?
We offer pre-set hampers including 3 Bird Roast, Beef Wellington, Carvery Roast, Duck, Easy Carve Turkey, Pork Pie, Rib of Beef, and Whole Turkey options.
Can I customise my Christmas order?
Standard Christmas orders must be pre-set hampers only. For custom requirements, visit our butchers counter or call 01482 657497 to discuss options.
When can I collect my order?
All Christmas orders must be collected from the deli on Christmas Eve between 7am and 2pm. Bring your printed order confirmation.
Do you cater for allergies?
Customers must provide written allergy information at order placement. We cannot guarantee nut-free environments but will confirm dietary requirements in writing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders require full prepayment. Business customers may arrange BACS payments with prior credit checks and agreement.
Can I get delivery for my order?
Delivery is available locally for an additional charge with prior agreement. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic conditions.
