Online Sports Club Management Made Easy
We are a dedicated team of sports enthusiasts who created Club Sport to revolutionise the way sports clubs operate. Our platform was born from the realisation that managing a sports club involves countless administrative tasks that distract from the core passion for sport. By developing an intuitive digital solution, we empower club organisers to streamline membership management, competition scheduling, and communication processes. Initially designed for golf clubs with comprehensive handicap management tools, our system now supports diverse sports through its adaptable framework. Our mission remains focused on reducing administrative burdens while enhancing member engagement through automated reminders, live score tracking, and interactive competition features. With continuous improvements aligned with evolving sports management needs, we provide both club administrators and members with a seamless digital experience that saves time and improves organisational efficiency.

Membership Management
Our Membership Management system enables clubs to maintain comprehensive member records, track subscriptions, and manage access permissions. Club administrators can easily add or remove members while members themselves can update personal details and view competition information. The system provides secure login credentials for different user roles.
Competition Scheduling
The Competition Scheduling feature automates draw generation for various competition formats including knockout tournaments, league matches, and team events. Organisers can set deadlines, create random draws, and manage competition progress while members receive automated reminders about upcoming fixtures and result submission deadlines.
WHS Calculators
Our WHS-compliant Handicap Calculators support accurate stroke allocation for golf competitions. The system implements the latest WHS rules for four-ball better ball and two-ball foursomes formats, accounting for course ratings, par differentials, and slope ratings to ensure fair competition setups.
Live Leaderboards
The Live Leaderboard functionality provides real-time updates of competition standings through automated scorecard entry. Members can submit match results directly through the platform while administrators maintain oversight of scoring accuracy and competition progression with instant updates to ranking displays.
Automated Reminders
Our Automated Reminder system enhances member engagement by sending timely email notifications about competition deadlines, event schedules, and result submission requirements. This feature reduces administrative follow-up work while ensuring members stay informed about club activities and competition timelines.
