More than a century of sustained effort ensures that the principles of its famous architect, Dr Alister MacKenzie of Augusta and Pebble Beach fame, have been retained. This links style course is considered to be one of the best in the South West, particularly its greens which give a true roll all year round.

We have a range of playing abilities across the section and field two alliance teams in the Bristol and District Ladies Golf Alliance and have strong links with Somerset Ladies County Golf Association. For the less competitive golfer we also run a friendly team playing match play golf in pairs against other local clubs throughout the spring and summer months. read moreThe golf club is located on the coast of Weston Bay in the traditional seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare. Established in 1892, the course offers a true test of links golf with its rolling fairways and challenging wind conditions. The Clubhouse was officially opened in April 1905, with improvements made in the 1920s. There are bar and dining facilities together with SKY TV, men's and ladies' changing rooms, lockers to rent and trolley shed with battery charging facilities. We have conference facilities available for up to 40, with over head projector, TV, wipe board, flip chart and free WiFi.
