Vitalise Netley

Our Centres cater for adults with a range of physical disabilities and, at Vitalise Churchtown in Cornwall, for adults and kids with sensory, learning and physical disabilities. We strive to supply an alternative to traditional domestic respite care. Each Centre offers short breaks in a relaxed, holiday style environment with a range of trips and activities. Guests on our breaks are supported by volunteers who supply companionship and assistance.
