Proof of identity will be requested when repeat visits are made. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
Legacies to maintain local history
read moreAs a charity, Torquay Museum relies heavily on the generosity of the public to carry out its work. We receive no central government funding and the limited funding from other bodies, such as Torbay Council, is not guaranteed for the future, nor is it sufficient for us to plan our vital conservation and development work. The Torquay Museum Endowment Fund is essential to ensure the continuity of our work and to provide for the acquisition and care of important additions to the collections. Without this support the future of the Museum cannot be secure, with the prospect of the collections being dispersed around the world and lost to Torquay and its people forever.
