The Old Surgery Dental Practice

I cannot recommend the Old Surgery enough... my journey is far from over but so far... in the past I have had very bad experiences which left me with an extreme fear of dentists. Following some work 14 years ago I refused to return therefore leaving me with horrendous dental issues, lack of confidence, hiding behind hands and masks to smile. The fear of sitting in that chair reduced me to tears every time yet the team made it their business to make my experience a positive one... me with a huge phobia, because of the team at the old surgery was able to sit in that chair yesterday and have several teeth/roots removed and my new smile installed. Yes today I am swollen and I am going to need time for the swelling and pain to subside but in 24 hours they have changed my life !! And I mean that. I will no longer need to hide behind my hand or mask to smile and this is a massive confidence boost. You will never know how thankful I am

WOW!! I have just had my first appointment with The Old Surgery. My husband is being treated by Michael and raved on about him every time he came home. I am a very nervous/anxious person towards dentists due to past history however my husband was right, Michael is totally awesome!! Calmed me and kept my anxiety at bay. Let alone sort my painful problem out.

I have just recently had 4 implants and a crown fitted and I cannot stress enough that the team (Steve Lomas, Amit Mistry and all the dental staff) have been absolutely exceptional. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention to quality, is outstanding. I finished my treatment and am still boggling at how good the work was and I got them four weeks ago. Any restorative work for myself in the future will be done ONLY at the Old Surgery and I cannot recommend them enough.

Massive thank you to everyone at The Old Surgery for seeing me at short notice and looking after me through my treatment. 2 days post surgery and I'm totally pain-free and highly impressed with the job done. COVID set-up is excellent and reassuring and every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. First Class!
