We're an Evangelical Anglican community of Sisters, living in the pretty Wirral peninsula. Our two houses, Redacre, the guest house and Bethany, our community motherhouse, stand in an acre of garden overlooking the Dee Estuary and the Welsh hills. The Rt Revd Dr Peter Forster, Bishop of Chester, is our Guardian. We welcome you and hope that you'll enjoy discovering more about the Sisters of Jesus Way and that you will meet with the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who brought us into being and who each day surrounds us with his love.

read moreIn September 1979 our two founder Sisters gave up their paid employment, their insurances for the future and all their possessions in answer to a call from God and the Sisters of Jesus Way was founded. The commitment made then to trust the heavenly Father for all their needs is the path still followed by the Sisters. There have been many strands that have been instrumental in the formation of the community but primarily these have been the Gospels, the Charismatic Renewal, and the lives of saints from many denominations.
