The Sheppard family have been butchers for over fifty years. In the early days, the family had retail shops throughout the Bristol area; however the firm has rapidly grown since. During the early 60's when the nation's eating habits were changing and more and more people were eating out, John Sheppard saw the opportunity of providing caterers and bigger manufacturers of food with specialty cuts of both fresh and frozen quality meats and meat products.
