read moreSecret Garden has been an established day nursery in Congresbury for over 20 years. In this time I am proud to be the third owner. When I was carrying out my training in early years this was the first place I carried out work experience so has always been significant to me. Our premises is a converted barn still holding many strong characteristics. The first floor is our Baby Barn where we can care for 12 children at anyone time. We care for Babies from 6 months of age. The ground floor, which is called School Barn has 3 rooms where can we care for a maximum of 24 children at one time.

read moreWe have a dedicated team who work together providing a welcoming environment for both children and families. All of our team members have experience working with children and have a wide range of qualifications and expertise in childcare allowing us to have the knowledge to help all children thrive in our nursery. All of our team have a range of safeguarding certifications of various levels, all are paediatric first aid trained and also hold level 2 in food hygiene and safety. This forms our mandatory training levels at Secret Garden.

read moreWe want our families to always feel welcome in our nursery and for it to feel like a second home to children. Somewhere everyone can feel comfortable, safe and secure. Please see our daily routine below and how we plan our activities for babies and toddlers. This routine is flexible to support home routines and meet all children's needs in our care. Our Baby Barn is set on the first floor of the nursery, this is an open planned room with a separate cosy sleep room. The room is set out to meet all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and allows babies and toddlers to explore confidently and safely.
