This practice was set up in 1952 by Dr J J Bourke in his home in Park Road, Woking called Sunny Meed. Dr Bourke was joined by Dr Nelson who retired in 1996. Dr Greig joined the practice in 1984 and resigned in 1999. Dr M Bourke joined in 1987, Dr Kelly in 1991, Dr Rankin in 1993 and Dr Gil Rivas in 1999.
