Ryan Hutchinson who played for the club from mini-soccer until he left last summer after playing for the U16s has been signed by Celtic FC. Ryan is a player who developed late and was able to pick his choice of club after more than one Scottish club showed interest in him to sign. This shows that it does'nt matter how old you are there may be an opportunity come your way. The club wishes Ryan all the finest for the future and we look ahead to seeing his name on the first staff sheet in the near future.

read moreRed House Farm FC was formed in 1990 by Barry Mann and Davie Scott with help from their respective wives Moira and Helen. Initially we started with 4 players but quickly built up the numbers to allow the club to enter 2 teams into local leagues for the 1991 - 92 season. We started playing friendly games on Saturday mornings using firstly Regent Farm school and then Broadway West Playing Fields. Once we joined the leagues we had to start playing our games on a Sunday. Our first season saw success for both teams in cup competitions winning both U10 & U11 NFA Central Youth Division cups and the U10s the Newcastle & District U10 League Cup.
