We're all members of BACP and work within and are governed by their Ethical Framework and Guidelines. We operate from a Person-Centred approach, which is a customer led, non-directive therapy. Counselling and Psychotherapy supports our belief that every person is unique and therefore possesses different ways of responding to and resolving life's many challenges (See BACP about the different approaches) We believe the customer is the one who has the finest knowledge of your own issues and our role in sessions is to earn understanding by being non-judgemental, genuine, supportive, accepting and not being 'expert'
