At Living at Choice we work using a array of founded psychological therapies, as we recognise that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to you getting to grips with your problems and to how you make sense of your life. Between us we currently have over twenty five years of knowledge in the area of applied psychology and have trained specifically to work using psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, as well as using cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) where appropriate.
