Peak Physique

Peak Physique Gym is located in Cardiff, UK and was set up in 1995. Starting out as a tiny bodybuilding gym, through the years it has evolved into the huge specialist gym that it is today, catering for the 1st time trainer to the champion athlete and bodybuilder. The gym equipment ranges from a large selection of free weights, through to the latest Cybex and Hammer plate loaded bodybuilding / strength equipment. The equipment is tailored to cover all stages of training showing the gym's diversity.
