Peachy Postnatal Fitness

Peachy Postnatal is operated by me, Lily Frederick. My love of sport and fitness inspired me to become a individual trainer four years ago. Being a mum I have experienced the change that pregnancy brings to your life and your body. I devised a programme for myself to lose my baby bump which suited in to my new life as a mum. I felt so much better when my old clothes suited me again. I have developed this course to aid other mums get back into their old clothes and at the same time give an opportunity to suit other mums going through the same experiences.
