Miller Homes

Our Miller Zero initiative in Basingstoke has been a large learning experience for everyone across the firm, helping us to understand how to build to the different levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The result is five family homes which all look the same from the outside but are very different on the inside. The homes use different fabrics and insulation techniques to maximise efficiency alongside new technologies which can assist drive down energy and running costs.
