My experience is that psychotherapy can facilitate profound changes for the better allowing us to gain our true potential. And much more! All of us go through periods of suffering in life. Sometimes we can manage and we get through these times, and the experience allows us to evolve and grow and feel stronger about ourselves. At other times of suffering we feel overwhelmed or stuck, lost and alone, so we may need to gain out for aid. Struggling with issues of low self-esteem, or anxiety in our dealings with people and our relationships can lead us to feel stuck and trapped.
