Let's Rent reserve the right to replace tenants (after default and eviction) for either the balance of term or a new term (subject to the Landlords permission for extension of term) in order to cover rental payments.

Once suitable tenants are found for your property, we then obtain references and arrange for them to be credit checked. We co-ordinate the new tenants' occupation of the property and advise the utility services (gas, electricity, water etc) of ingoing meter readings. Legal documentation including the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and Section 21 notice is served. A full inventory is also included in the fee.
