read moreShould you wish to proceed with one of the properties featured, a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent is payable, which will be put towards the first months rent, subject to certain criteria being met, which includes all paperwork being signed within 15 days of the holding deposit received by us. All persons over the age of 18 years are required to be referenced and included on tenancy agreement. Should the tenancy not proceed due to your default - for example, change of mind or failed referencing - your fee will be forfeited.
