read moreThe Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice and Support Services offer information, advice and support for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This service is also offered directly to young people. KIDS SENDIASS have developed resources providing information and advice for parents, carers, professionals and young people. It is a legal requirement that all local authorities have a SENDIAS service and KIDS provide a number of these services across the country.

read moreOur mediation services continue to be provided during this public health emergency. Virtual mediations are arranged quickly either by video link or telephone conference and are working well. We can also arrange mediations in other ways if you are not comfortable with either video or telephone conference meeting. We will check before the joint mediation meeting that you are comfortable with whatever virtual mediation system is agreed. KIDS has been incredibly accessible during this difficult time and have managed to keep the service running and always answering queries promptly.

read moreKIDS has opportunities to volunteer and support our fundraising teams whether that is admin support or working on a specific project or campaign. Depending on your level of experience and the time-commitment you are able to offer, we have different kinds of office roles available in our various regional areas. We are always interested in hearing from professionals who wish to volunteer with a specific skill for example photography, video production, marketing and events. KIDS may have opportunities to volunteer directly with children and young people.
