In 1980/81 I started studying Hypnotherapy in depth and in 1990 I opened A1 Float Centre which incorporated a Float tank, Light & Sound Machines, etc. Plus personal Meditation/Hypnotherapy sessions. Around this time I became aware of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) which I then started to study and use alongside Hypnotherapy within the centre.
