read morePlease find below the 2021 fixtures for our Men's Team, who compete in the North Durham Union of Golf Clubs Division One. All matches are played on a home and away basis and commence at 5pm unless otherwise stated. Supporters are always welcome to attend and will be made very welcome.

read moreClub competitions are available on HowDidiDo and we advise members to register an account on their website to receive Results and Handicap Updates at the earliest opportunity. You can also track your progress as well as use many other features. Members are also encouraged to create an account with England Golf which will be the only official source of your current WHS handicap. You will need your unique CDH Number which is available from the club administrator. We also recommend downloading the 'My EG' app from your app store to use on your mobile device.

With Sky Sports available in all areas including on our BIG projection screen it means that football, golf and all other major events are always available to watch at Heworth.

read moreHole 1 is a short par 4 to start, but don't be fooled by the yardage. There is out of bounds on the right hand side which also runs tight around the back of the green. Along with trees on the left and three well placed fairway bunkers it makes it a tough tee shot. Avoid all of this and you are faced with a mid to short iron shot into a well guarded green that slopes from right to left with a shelf that runs straight through the middle of the green from front to back. The boundary of the course, and Out of Bounds, runs the length of the hole down the right side.
