We believe this focuses on what people cannot do, the emphasis in Mixed Ability Sport is the inclusion of all players! Facilitation, support and involvement are encouraged by all, on and off the field.

read moreThe fitness suite at Heaton Tennis & Squash is a comfortable, relaxing and non-intimidating place for you to enjoy your exercise. We are able to offer 12 pieces of resistance equipment & 14 pieces of cardio equipment, along with mats for stretching & core work, and a selection of free weights & benches. Joining the club as a new member is easy. All we ask is that you complete a brief, but thorough fitness induction to ensure that you are equipped with the information to get the most out of your workouts and that you safely use the equipment available to you.

read moreTennis plays a major part at the club, a buoyant social scene, thriving team set-up & dedicated coaching team delivering programmes to suit all levels. For example, we can offer support for those who are visually impaired. We are primarily a members club, we do welcome guests and non-members to the club to enjoy the facilities available to them, however, members enjoy many benefits that makes its worthwhile joining us. It has been a great season for the Heaton A U15 players who took part in this year's Junior Bradford Parks League.
