Arno Rochette was born in Reims, the champagne capital of France. He learned the restaurant trade in London at Group Chez Gerard, Jardin Des Gourmet, Pont de la tour, Meridien Waldorf and the St James Park Hotel. Arno worked at the Hyatt Hotel and Hotel Montalembert in Paris and ran Salisbury's Haunch of Venison One Minster Street before being inspired to set up Gastrobistro at the Pheasant Inn in November 06
