Becoming the fist person in the UK to use feet to provide sorts massage was a challenge - but the only option for me as I have short arms and can only provide massage by feet. Massage by feet is extremely effective, the feet can cover a large surface area of the body and they have the strength of the legs behind them. My toes and heels can feel sensitivity of the muscles just as well as hands can.

read moreWhen you come for your massage appointment there will be a consultation to collect your personal details, discuss any aches and pains you might be experiencing and note any relevant health and medical history. You can ask any question you have about the treatment, if this is your first massage I'll talk you through exactly what will happen and everything you need to know. Throughout the treatment I will ask questions about how different areas are feeling and check that the pressure is acceptable, some areas can sometimes feel slightly tender.
