You will be asked to book a new patient appointment where your medication and any ongoing problems can be recorded. After attending this appointment you will be registered with the practice. Please note that failure to attend this appointment will result in you NOT being accepted as a patient. Patients who are currently registered at The Medical Centre and move address outside our agreed practice boundary area and wish to remain on our practice list, should discuss this with a manager.

To access this service you will need to fill out a form which is kept in reception and bring a form of identification.

The Medical Centre is a Nurse led Practice supported by a onsite GP partner. The Nurses have a range of skills and protocols to make sure they can manage your problems appropriately and if it becomes apparent that you need a Doctor's input during a nurse consultation a GP is always available to liaise with the nurse and where possible, complex problems will be seen by that GP during the same attendance.
