Creme de la Creme Delicatessen is located in the farming village of Tarleton between Southport and Preston and began trading as a tiny family concern in 1992. Andrew Lund and his mother Audrey Hodge started with a few varieties of local cheese, freshly sliced meats, bacon and sausage and a array of sandwiches to bring people in at lunchtime. Over recent years people have returned to traditional and continental home cooking with more emphasis being placed on fresh and healthy options.
