Reception and administration staff require access to your medical records in order to do their jobs. These members of staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the medical staff. Any compliments, concerns or complaints about the practice can be discussed with the Practice Manager or any Doctor. For formal complaints please write to the Practice Manager and you will receive a response within 10 working days.

read moreJust bring along your medical card, a utilitybill/ bank statement, i.e something that confirms your address, and photo ID please or in the case of a new baby the card obtained when registering the baby's birth, and we will do the rest. Don't worry if you have no card - our reception staff will give you the necessary forms to complete and explain the registration procedure. Once your registration has been accepted you will be offered a full health check with our Health Care Assistant or Practice Nurse.
