Shifa Surgery

We currently have an open list and welcome requests for registration from patients living in or moving into the practice area. To register bring your NHS medical card to the surgery or complete a registration form available from reception. Once registered we expect patients to accept future appointments with any available GP. We know that patients may have a preferred GP but we ask patients to acknowledge that appointments with their preferred GP is not always possible.
