Over recent years we've invested in a rapid expansion strategy, which allows us to deliver a more flexible and reliable service to customers nationally. Every day we handle in excess of 1,300 orders, each of which is selected, checked, packed and dispatched by 6am. We serve customers from all sectors of the food service industry ranging from hotels and restaurants to universities, schools and events.

We knew that in order to successfully maintain this level of growth we needed to change things, increase our offering and explore new markets. So in 2009 we founded Birtwistles Catering Butchers and took the huge step of moving into catering.
