read moreEstablished in 1866 near Fraserburgh in Scotland and after 5 generations, Andrew Begg remains a family firm, run by brother and sister team, Andrew Begg and Katharine McLean. Having traded in various north-east towns over the years, we are now located at 24-26 Upperkirkgate, Aberdeen and 40 West High Street, Forfar. The latter was purchased in 2003 and traded until 2016 as David Guild. We are directly related to the Begg family of 'Begg Shoes & Bags' (shops located in Perth, Inverness, Inverurie, Peterhead, Kirkwall, Lerwick and Elgin) and although there are many similarities we trade as separate businesses.
