Alexander Technique
Alternative Medicine Practitioner in Leeds, West Yorkshire
The Alexander Technique is a method of helping the participant to use their body and mind in an efficient manner, which reduces the amount of wear and tear on the system. This often results in a reduction of physical pain and an enhanced sense of highly-being. The Technique was originally invented by F. M. Alexander. He discovered that the balance of the head on the top of the spine is a crucial factor in all movement.

Most, but not all, teacher training courses are overseen by STAT - The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. They are dotted around the country but most are located in and around London. As I said, though, not all training courses are STAT affiliated. One that I thoroughly recommend that you check out is run by Delia Rosenboom in East Sussex.
