He was absolutely professional about how he went to resolve the issue keeping us totally informed about everything along the way. In total he spent over 6-hours fixing the issue and didn't give up! Ended up having the bath tub and sink waste replaced. Michael also changed the leaking taps in the kitchen and bathroom. All done at a very reasonable price. He said he could be here within the hour and gave me a high/low end price to set the expectation around cost. He was here within the hour! He dillignetly worked through the various possible faults and identified the cistern was leaking. After swapping out the flush mechanism we were sorted within an hour and he charged a more than fair price. Would highly recommend and will defintely use again!

He changed the pipes so I could attach the flexible pipes up to the new tap. He also capped the gas pipe to my fire while he was round. Carrying a plethora of parts, he proceeded to fix the leak quickly, despite it being a fiddly job with some awkwardly positioned pipework which required a bit of 'field engineering'. Fantastic service!
Rang about a broken boiler, my daughter in law & 6 grandchildren in the house with no heating in freezing temperatures. 75 minutes later he had been round, identified the problem & fixed it. Amazing service for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend. Value for Money

At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense!After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.
