Opposite the top of Commercial Street, the Beulah Street precinct is marked by a beautiful ornamental iron work arch, to the correct of which, nearly opposite the Harrogate Theatre, are the attractive premises of a most important Harrogate institution : Yorkshire Farmers. Since it relocated here in 2008, Yorkshire Farmers has gone from strength to strength, possibly because it is operated by team who not only have their fingers on the pulse of local demand, but because their array of stock reflects the changing seasons.

Our story began in 1936 on Beulah Street within the town centre of Harrogate. A local man called Ernest Robinson was the founding owner of the company until it was eventually taken over by Fraser Dickinson.
