The Aston Students' Guild strive to supply accommodation to all students who require it, however priority will be given to accommodate, all 1st year undergraduates (certain conditions apply) all EU, international and postgraduate students. We supply accommodation for couples and families (particularly beneficial for postgraduate and research students) placement students, short stays and summer only accommodation. We welcome returning students. The University solely use the studentpad software to then advertise all private off campus properties within the area. In turn, all of the students are referred to www.astonstudentpad.co.uk and it is therefore very successful for registered landlords.
