WR Factors was established in May 1980, by Joe and Kay Donocik, in the rural village of West Rasen, Lincolnshire. In the beginning the business was very tiny, operating on a part time basis. WR Factors soon began to grow with an ever increasing number of orders and began operating on a complete time basis. In March 1992 the business moved to it's present location in Grimsby, delivering a central position for distribution to the Oil, Petro-Chemical and Pharmaceutical firms.
