I emailed the company on her behalf just to inform them that the colour of one of their twines didnt correspond correctly with the picture on the website. As it was bank holiday weekend we received the nicest reply from the team first thing Tuesday morning. Not only did we receive a fast response and brilliant customer service but they had also sent the correct item and we received it the follow day. Good customer service is hard to find these days but within the couple of emails exchanged between myself and the company, I can vouch and say theirs is one of the best. Fast, hassle free, polite service would definitely recommend. Thank you

The packaging was brilliant - boxed and secured in the parcel so minimum chance of damage. Well done!
