Ted Williams was set up in 1952 as a bespoke tailoring service on the Stratford Road in Birmingham. Ted's son, Peter Williams, took over as Managing Director in 1980, moved to Beeches Walk, Sutton Coldfield in 1986 and evolved the store to focus on contemporary designer menswear, becoming one of the 1st stockists of HUGO BOSS and Armani Jeans. Through the years, Ted Williams Menswear has dressed celebrated names from the world of popular music, sport and entertainment.
