As you know I am an Independent Mortgage Broker specialising in all Mortgage lending from First Time Buyers to remortgages and Buy to Lets to name a few. I pride myself on giving honest advice and quality service to every Client that I have.

Unfortunately whilst trying to promote our business on a website, we came across two companies who only seemed to want to make as much money out of us as possible. One company set us up a damp roofing(!) company, from which we received a telephone call asking how much it would cost for us to repair some roof joists.
