When Hartwell Blinds Ltd refused to post some chain to repair a blind that they supplied and fitted, Westminster Blinds stepped in and posted the chain to me, free of charge, arriving less than 48 hours later. I had never used Westminster Blinds but had spent hundreds of pounds with Hartwell Blinds Ltd (they would have charged me for the chain had I travelled the 35 miles to collect it). I will certainty use Westminster Blinds in the future.
