We normally ask for a reservation deposit of 250, though it may be more if the property is being reserved for a long period or if it commands an above average rent. Very highly recommended!
I moved to Western Lettings last year after a poor experience with another agency and have found the service provided by the company to be exemplary. The staff are without exception friendly, efficient and highly professional and the IT systems are outstanding, providing instant access to inspection reports, invoices and compliance certificates. My tenants have also expressed their appreciation for the service provided to them and I consider the company to be setting the benchmark for the highest standards in service to both property owners and tenants.
